Community Access for Disability Inclusion Waiver
In fiscal year 2015, an average of 18,200 Minnesotans were served with similar waivers each month at an average monthly cost of about $3,000 in state and federal funds.
The waivers give states a way to obtain federal Medicaid matching funds to provide long-term services and support people in their homes and communities. In most counties, social workers administers the waivers for the state for county residents.
Partnerships with Social Worker, Non-profits, and for Profit Caregivers
For most of the clients we serve, our home monitoring and custom assistive living systems provide independent living opportunities that otherwise wouldn’t exist. As a result, they often have several people advocating for them; family members, medical professionals, social workers, government agencies and caregivers. The staff at Cybermation Inc. gets this. While our assistive living systems cost a fraction of what it would cost for institutional care, we partner with all the advocates to ensure nothing is over looked and a client’s care is exemplary.
